Is it the same prediction as on this site?
It is the same engine. In October 2026 we corrected it and this site already uses the new version; the next version of the app includes it. Until then, the app may give times a few minutes different. This is today's curve in Boston.

Where is it less accurate?
On open coasts the engine is very accurate. In estuaries, sounds and enclosed bays the error can be somewhat larger, and the app says so; where the tide is only a few centimetres, it says so too. How we validate it is in the methodology.
